Insurance
Our therapists are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Preferred Provider Operations (BCBSIL PPO plans).
However, if you do not have insurance coverage, we are willing to work with you and see just what we can do to ensure that you receive the mental health counseling that you require. Therefore, private-pay clients, or clients who are paying out-of-pocket, are always welcome. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
Payment
Any fees, such as copay, are due at the time of service.
Cash, checks, and all major credits cards including health/flexible spending accounts are accepted. I use Ivy Pay, a HIPPA-secure electronic payment application to take credit card payments. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, the cancellation fee is $75.00.
